By accessing or using Fyntoo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Nadiia Linyvenko, a sole trader registered in Portugal ("Fyntoo", "we", "us").
Fyntoo is a web-based software-as-a-service tool that reads incoming invoices and supplier documents, automatically extracts structured data (invoice numbers, dates, supplier names, VAT rates, totals), and enables export via configurable templates for use in accounting software or spreadsheets.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice where such changes materially affect your use.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You may not share your account credentials or allow third parties to access the Service through your account unless your subscription plan expressly includes multi-user or agency access.
Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription following a 14-day free trial (no payment method required during the trial). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You retain all ownership rights in the documents and data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Fyntoo a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Data processor relationship: Where documents you upload contain personal data of third parties (such as individual suppliers or sole traders), you are the data controller for that personal data and Fyntoo acts as your data processor. A Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), which forms part of these Terms, governs Fyntoo's processing of such data on your behalf. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the DPA. A copy of the DPA is available at [link / privacy@fyntoo.com].
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to upload, process, and export any documents and data submitted to the Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including its software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are owned by Fyntoo or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription period, and nothing herein transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fyntoo makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
In particular, the accuracy of automated data extraction depends on the quality and format of uploaded documents. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before using it in accounting records, tax filings, or other documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account with reasonable notice if you materially breach these Terms. In cases of serious breach (e.g. illegal use), we may terminate immediately.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Your data will be deleted in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
We may assign these Terms, and any rights or obligations under them, to a successor entity in the event of a business restructuring, incorporation, merger, or transfer of assets — including a conversion from a sole trader to a registered company — without requiring your prior consent, provided that your rights under these Terms are not materially diminished. You will be notified of any such assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
